Returns

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions apply:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging.
  • All included accessories, manuals, labels, and packaging materials should be returned with the item.

The following products may not be eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalised products
  • Special-order products
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Products specifically marked as non-returnable

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return request:

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return request.
  3. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Please note that returns submitted without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item was received damaged
  • The item is defective
  • An incorrect item was supplied

We recommend using a tracked shipping service or shipping insurance when returning products, as Deytech cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Deytech is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Once a returned product has been received and inspected:

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before funds appear in your account.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued under circumstances including:

  • Returned products not being in original condition
  • Products returned with missing components or accessories not caused by our error
  • Items showing signs of use or damage

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally non-refundable:

  • Shipping charges (except where the item was defective or supplied incorrectly)

Delayed or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

Products will only be replaced if they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
