Paystack Payments

Customers can make secure online payments through Paystack using supported payment methods available during checkout, including:

  • Other payment options supported by the Paystack platform

All transactions processed through Paystack are encrypted and handled through secure payment systems designed to protect customer information.

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

Customers may also complete purchases via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).

For EFT payments:

  • Payment should be made using the banking details provided during checkout or on your invoice.
  • Customers are encouraged to use their order number as the payment reference.
  • Orders paid via EFT will only be processed once payment has been received and confirmed.

Please note that bank processing times may vary and may result in slight delays before payment confirmation is received.

Payment Confirmation

Once payment has been successfully completed:

  • Customers will receive an order confirmation email.
  • A payment confirmation may also be issued where applicable.
  • Orders will proceed to processing after payment verification has been completed.

Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment is unsuccessful or declined:

  • Please verify your payment details and try again.
  • Contact your bank or payment provider if the issue persists.
  • Alternatively, select another available payment method.

Deytech is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or third-party payment providers.
